About our President
Barney Stevenson, President - Synergy Solutions, LLC
Summary
Mr. Stevenson has over 20 years experience in design and installation of information systems that support operations and provide strategic management information. He has an in-depth understanding of accounting and financial reporting, purchasing and order fulfillment processing. Has experienced in systems programming, testing, installation and training. Is highly successful in developing custom solutions and integrating new application technology to legacy transaction systems. He combines excellent interpersonal and listening skills with ability to understand business problems.
Employment
In 1980 Mr. Stevenson joined Arthur Andersen & Co. for a six-year tour of duty in their management information consulting division. While there he managed and participated on project teams to design and deploy systems strategies for several fortune 500 companies including GE, IBM, First Boston, Burns Security and several hospitals in the New York City area. He was promoted to Manager in 4 years and 2 years later left Andersen to build his own consulting practice.
In 1986, Mr. Stevenson started Enterprise Systems Inc. and later Synergy Solutions, LLC. These businesses help companies develop information system strategies and provides the hardware, software, training and programming resources to turn concepts into working systems. Together, these companies represent a 15 + year track record of success.
