We offer a complete range of information consulting services. From system design and specification through programming, training and post conversion support. A typical project goes something like this:
  • We meet with you and your staff and listen as you describe your information issues to be solved. We ask some questions and identify your goals, priorities and timeframe.
  • We design some solutions and provide you with a written design specification with sample screens and reports. We meet with you to walk thru the proposed solution and revise as needed.
  • We program the sysetm based on the aggreed specification and install on your system.
  • We test the system with you on your computers. We make changes as needed.
  • We prepare written procedures and conduct user training with your staff.
  • We assist with data conversion and going live with the new system.

Big or Small - We Do It All
Projects vary in size, from a simple payroll to general ledger interface or a complete chain store sales reporting system. We bill for design and user training & support on an hourly basis and provide programming services on a fixed fee basis.

Technical Skills
We work with a wide variety of data sources, from SQL, Access, DBF, XLS and ASCII text files. We program using the Microsoft Visual Studio.net framework and work with Visual Basic, Viaual Foxpro, Java and Pearl\CGI scripts.
